Clifton Muhammad brings a deep understanding of business performance improvement enabled by complex system change from his 20 years of work in transforming operations for a number of leading organizations. This work helped globally recognized leaders in Energy, Banking, Retail and other industries to better align their operations with specific business goals.

With ‘Fortune 500’ industry leaders and cultural pioneers – such as ShoreBank (which pioneered community development banking in the U.S.) – Clifton found new ways to serve unique customer bases while improving business processes for operational effectiveness. As a management consultant with Infosys Technologies, he worked with many industry leading businesses to implement new systems across multiple regions of the world. Infosys’ success won a typically 50% annual growth rate to now over 100,000 employees and recognition as one of the leaders in global services delivery.

Beginning his career as an engineer, with Intergys Energy, Clifton learned business operations from the inside-out by managing hundreds of field workers, leading several key projects and working face-to-face with the company’s largest and its smallest customers. This daily first-hand experience provided valuable insights and understanding to later optimize workforces across the most challenging environments.
